Founded in 2012, Elite Care Homes has grown to become a trusted name in Supported Living Services. We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and adhere to their stringent guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care. Our services cater to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, Mental Health Challenges, and other Complex Needs.
Once a Service User is accepted into our care, they are provided with a comprehensive Service User Guide, which includes essential information about Our Services, Policies, and Procedures. We ensure that each individual is registered with a GP, Optician, Dentist and any other necessary Healthcare Professionals to meet their ongoing health needs. We offer one-to-one support for Service Users who require additional assistance – promoting independence and self-confidence.

CEO
Hanif Shah is the CEO of Elite Care Homes Ltd in Birmingham and has led the company since 2012. He also has experience in housing and property services, including work with Newlife Housing Ltd and Apex Property Services.
