Elite Care Homes also provides respite care, providing a break for carers from their caring role. We work in partnership with carers to provide a person centred service for their loved one whilst we provide that break so often needed by informal carers, in the knowledge that their loved one is safe and secure.
Our respite service is flexible to meet the needs and choices of the service user and their informal carer.
Your local team of Client Care Managers are on call 24/7 to answer your questions and work with you to design a customized plan of care that is right for you.
Residents activities are arranged by staff and residents, these include plenty of outdoor activities i.e accessing the local parks, the public library, local shops, day centre and planned day activity such as visiting museums or parks outside of Birmingham.
Yardley Wood is accessible by public transport, residents are encouraged and supported to use public transport travelling to the City Centre.
