Successful candidates will be responsible for the coordination, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of service user care for adult service user presenting with Mental Health or Learning Disabilities. You must be able to demonstrate good clinical practice, carrying out observations, investigations and treatments as required.
You should also be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and organisational skills. Individuals should have an excellent working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Regulated Activities and the Care Act 2014 and Mental Health Act 1983.
